My experience with Deborah was indeed excellent! After just 5 sessions we got to the core of my issues and worked through them. I have always thought of myself as a little bit on the anxious side, but I thought it was just due to me not sleeping properly and to this pandemic that we have been under. Deborah made me realize that this wasn’t the case and I didn’t have to continue down this path if I didn’t want to. She helped me using various strategies which included CBT or cognitive-behavioural therapy which is working!! She helped me to look into my past to better understand my anxiety and how to manage it.
